Our Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the date on the purchase receipt. Refund of unworn merchandise will be accepted ONLY if original tags are on merchandise. Special Order merchandise is non-returnable.
Return Process
To return unworn merchandise with original tags, please follow below:
- Report – Please report your return to us before you ship. Send email to carolhgallery@sbcglobal.net. Please send a message with the reason for your return.
- Packaging – Include all unworn merchandise in its original packaging in your shipment. Insure your package with your shipping carrier.
